One of the great things about Austin, beyond the food trucks and music, is Lady Bird Lake. This 3 mile lake runs through the heart of Austin and, for better or worse, splits the city into two parts. Around the perimeter is a 10 mile running path with several secluded paths.
It's along one of these paths, right by where I used to live (Lakeshore Pearl Austin) that I took a couple of Meadow Keepsake Ornaments for a photography session. The Keepsake Orbs above have a small amount of cremains mixed in. Both are Meadow Ornaments with colors Blue and Purple and Red and Orange respectively.
A bit of a surreal park of this shoot; I ended up shooting at a Gazebo with a couple of cops standing around. About three minutes in I realized they were questioning a drug suspect. Very mellow conversation with terms like 'I'm a hard-core stoner but I'm really soft core' and 'I like the way the sun is hanging in the sky.' I stayed until the suspect started asking about my ornaments ... at a certain point you have to know when to fold 'em.
