All kits are sent first class; non-infused products will be sent first class when weighing under a pound and priority over a pound. All infused products will be sent USPS with signature; first class under a pound and priority when over a pound.
Spirit Pieces is not responsible if your package is delivered, as indicated by tracking, and can not be located. It is up to you to resolve with your local post office. Reshipping fees may apply if a package needs to be reshipped - it is at Spirit Pieces discretion of when to apply reshipping fees.
